We do have an online payment option. The charge is $3.25 which covers the processing fee. Each customer has their own account portal that allows for not only paying bills but viewing account information such as account information, balance information, service information and transactions for the past 12 months. You will need your PIN (personal identification number) and customer number which appears on your bill. Below is a sample bill showing the PIN and customer number areas.
