We would like everyone to have the opportunity to update their information that we have a on file. This information will help us contact our customers for a number of reasons such as emergencies or billing questions. Feel free to add any change of phone numbers, additional phone numbers and addresses. This information is absolutely confidential and will not be shared with any person or agency outside of our offices. Going Green: e-bill

Paperless billing is one way we in the Douglas Water Authority System area can contribute to conserving our natural resources.
