Online Payment

We do have an online payment option. The charge is $3.25 which covers the processing fee. Each customer has their own account portal that allows for not only paying bills but viewing account information such as account information, balance information, service information and transactions for the past 18 months. Each customer will need their PIN (personal identification number) and customer number which appears on your bill. Below is a sample bill showing the PIN and customer number areas.

Our online payment system is available 24/7 using a credit card, debit card or ACH (bank routing and account numbers). This service is provided through a third party payment processor specializing in secure bill payment options. To make a payment through this service, simply click on the “Pay Online” below and you will be instantly directed to online payment page. When using this service for the first time, customers will be prompted to register a new customer account prior to making payment, or customers can make a one time quick payment. Each customer will need your Customer # and PIN from your billing statement. For customers who have more than one account with Douglas Water Authority, registering allows to add multiple accounts under the same login. Please register first with the main account.

If water has been turned off for nonpayment and a service man is needed to come back out and turn it on, please call the office! 256-593-5010

DWA service men do not go out after 3:00pm. If payment has been made, customers may turn water back on at meter.
